As the in-house Designer for Kingbird, Anita will help with all the design elements and selections of the remodel project. Her philosophy is to design elevated spaces that are equal parts comfort and beauty to tell the story of the residents within the home. She listens, in detail, to the wants, needs, budget, and lifestyle of the client to help bring their dream home to life. With a focus on an organized process, Anita creates mood boards and 3D renderings to launch the client’s vision into reality. She administers the sourcing of all selections within the construction milestones, conducts frequent site visits, and is in constant communication with the project managers.
Anita is a Texas native, calling Southlake home for the last 15 years with her husband, two children, and sweet pup. She is active in her children’s schools, community organizations, and various philanthropic organizations throughout Dallas and Fort Worth.
